Few things thrill me more than having the chance to teach on the mystics. It is clearly my calling and my life’s work. I have been teaching the mystics for many years now, in academic settings, church settings and more spiritual settings. I have taught on the classic mystics, including Teresa of Avila, John of the Cross, Hildegaard of Bingen, as well as on unexpected mystics, including John Calvin and unknown mystics. I have taught classes on other topics as well, including Spirituality and Aging, Spirituality and Social Justice, and Spirituality and Suffering.
